I graduated from Cornell University Medical College Surgical Physician Assistant Program, in December of 2001, and now practice in Vallejo California at a busy Mohs Micrographic Surgery Practice (Solano Dermatology Associates)
I work with John K. Geisse, M.D. an amazing physician, surgeon, teacher and mentor. Together we complete approximately 20 Mohs cases a week and another 8 general excisions per week.
Aside from my surgical duties I am responsible for our computer network. I manage our digital photography image database and facilitate our digital dictation/transcription system. I am currently working on a web database program to develop general and Mohs surgery operative notes and repair notes, with minimal input. Each case can be entered into the database in about 5 minutes and instantaneously full detailed operative reports are created without a transcriptionist.

One of the things I have wanted to do was catalog the many restaurants around where I live. When I lived in Sonoma California I spent a lot of time creating www.sonomasrestaurants.com.
See www.winecountryresources.com for all of the sites I have created. It has a whole collection of websites that are dedicated to the wine country. Our slogan is "not just your address and phone number", because the sites that I have tried to create include much more information than what you would find in a phone book, or even a website phone directory. I have included maps, pictures, and descriptions of many places in the Napa Valley.
