Nicole Filbert, PA-C, is a certified and licensed physician associate who joined Solano Dermatology Associates in 2026 after relocating from New York to her home state of California. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physiological Sciences from the University of California, Los Angeles, and completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Marist University.
Nicole has experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She treats a wide range of dermatologic conditions and performs both medical and cosmetic procedures. She is passionate about patient education and providing compassionate, culturally competent care. Nicole especially values developing strong relationships with her patients and helping them feel confident and comfortable in their skin.
Before beginning her career in dermatology, Nicole participated in biochemistry and cancer research at UCLA, gained experience in a psychiatric hospital, and volunteered with underserved communities. She believes dermatology uniquely combines science-based medicine, wellness, aesthetics, and preventive care.
Nicole is currently participating in the Diplomate Legacy of Excellence Fellowship through the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Outside of the clinic, Nicole enjoys weekend trips, trying new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.
