Monica Beas, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered dermatologic care. A California native, Monica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of California, Berkeley, before completing her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Yale University.

Since graduating, Monica has practiced exclusively in dermatology and is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy skin through individualized, evidence-based care. She believes dermatologic health plays an important role in overall well-being and strives to build meaningful relationships with her patients while creating an environment in which they feel comfortable, heard, and informed.

Monica enjoys caring for patients of all ages and has a special interest in skin cancer detection and prevention, acne, eczema, psoriasis, and other inflammatory skin conditions. She values partnering with patients to develop treatment plans tailored to their individual needs and goals, helping them feel confident in both their skin and their care.

Monica is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and has earned Diplomate status through the Society of Dermatology Physician Associates. She is committed to staying current with advances in dermatology through continuing education and professional development.

Monica is bilingual in English and Spanish and is conversational in American Sign Language, allowing her to connect with and care for patients from diverse backgrounds.

Outside of work, Monica enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, visiting museums, exploring the outdoors, and making lasting memories with family and friends.
