Solano Dermatology is now offering the CoolSculpting procedure in our Fairfield Office.
CoolSculpting, a form of body sculpting or body contouring, is a way to remove stubborn fat non-invasively. It is called cryolipolysis. A machine is fitted to your body for 1 to 3 hours. The tissue is cooled. The fat is more susceptible to this cooling, so the fat cells die leaving the other tissues (skin, muscle, nerves) alone.
Effective for both Men and Women, coolsculpting is a simple procedure. No needles, no bandages, no scars, and patients typically resume their normal activities the same day.
This FDA cleared procedure has been featured on many TV shows recently, because of how unique it is.
Browsing photos of lesions can help you recognize if your own lesions are suspicious for cancer. Brush up and learn if you should make an appointment with your dermatologist by looking through these 38 photos from CBS news.
